Progression and Performance camps: prices include four days of on-snow coaching, video analysis, theory workshops and the farewell tasting. Lift passes, accommodation, meals and equipment hire are not included.

The Crown signature

Each day combines on-snow training with an après-ski theory workshop. Video helps identify your priorities, understand movement and prepare the next day’s application.

  • 9am · Start of the daySet the day’s goals and warm up from the agreed meeting point.
  • 9am–12pm · On-snow trainingFocused situations, progressive exercises and initial filmed sequences adapted to the group’s ability and conditions.
  • 12pm–1pm · Lunch breakOne hour for lunch and recovery before skiing resumes. Lunch is not included unless the offer states otherwise.
  • 1pm–4.30pm · Back on snowApply the morning’s work, develop the technique further and record new video sequences.
  • After 4.30pm · Theory workshop over a drinkAdvanced video analysis, biomechanics, line choice, equipment, mental preparation and goals for the following day. For training preparation, the workshop includes assessment criteria and requirements.
  • Day 4 · Farewell tastingAfter the final theory workshop, the camp ends with a tasting of local cured meats, cheeses and wines. A relaxed moment to reflect on the four days together and celebrate your progress.

Progression and Performance camps are confirmed with at least four participants and a maximum of five. The glacier camp in Saas-Fee is quoted separately, with pricing and inclusions specified. Drinks during theory workshops, other than the farewell tasting, are clarified before booking.
