Data processed
An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, chosen package, preferred date and time, number and ability of participants, preferred language and your message. Technical connection data may also be processed to keep the website working securely.
Purposes
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare and provide the service, communicate with you and comply with applicable administrative, accounting or legal obligations.
Form and third-party services
Le formulaire n’enregistre pas directement vos informations dans une base de données du site. Lorsque vous continuez vers WhatsApp, les informations saisies sont intégrées à un message et transmises à WhatsApp selon les conditions de ce service. Le site utilise Google Fonts pour l’affichage des polices ; Google peut recevoir des données techniques telles que l’adresse IP. L’hébergeur technique peut traiter des données de connexion nécessaires au fonctionnement et à la sécurité du site. Links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are only activated when you use them.
The off-piste map uses public SLF data and the OpenStreetMap base map. When loading, these services may receive your IP address and technical data needed to display the map, under their own privacy rules.
TWINT payments
When you use the TWINT payment link sent after confirmation, you access the external TWINT service, which processes the data needed for payment under its privacy policy. The website does not automatically receive payment status and does not collect your banking or TWINT login details. Luc consults the transaction information needed to track your payment.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to process them and manage the relationship. Records relating to a paid service may be kept for the periods required by accounting, tax or contract law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, within the limits of applicable law, by writing to lucguillotpro@gmail.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website currently uses no advertising tool, profiling system or first-party marketing cookie. The external TWINT service applies its own privacy rules during payment. This notice will be updated if new services are added, including a members’ area.
Booking terms
1. Enquiry and confirmation
Submitting the form or a WhatsApp message is an enquiry. A booking becomes firm only after written confirmation from Luc Guillot stating the service, date, price and payment terms.
2. Prices and additional costs
Displayed prices cover instruction for the chosen duration and group size. Unless the confirmation states otherwise, lift passes, equipment hire, meals, drinks, transport and insurance are not included.
3. Payment
After Luc Guillot confirms the booking in writing, the customer may pay using the TWINT payment link, cash in CHF on site or a bank transfer, as agreed. The confirmation states the amount and payment deadline. Payment details are sent to you after your booking is confirmed. TWINT payments take place through the external TWINT service; Luc checks that payment has been received. Payment alone does not reserve a time slot, and the enquiry form does not take any payment.
4. Participant obligations
Each participant must have a valid lift pass, suitable equipment and insurance covering accidents, rescue costs and civil liability. Ability, health and any relevant information must be disclosed accurately. The instructor’s safety instructions must be followed.
5. Standard cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the lesson starts. Less than 48 hours before the lesson, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount remains payable and is non-refundable because the time can generally no longer be offered to another client.
6. Flex Option
The Flex Option costs 15% of the lesson price, with a minimum charge of CHF 25. It allows cancellation or rescheduling up to the scheduled lesson time, provided Luc is notified on WhatsApp before the start. The lesson amount then becomes non-transferable credit valid for 12 months, subject to availability. The option itself is non-refundable and permits one rescheduling. A no-show without notice or a request received after the start time remains fully payable.
7. Lifts, weather and safety
The lesson is rescheduled or refunded if the lifts required for it are not operating. If they are operating, the lesson normally goes ahead and may be adapted to the conditions. For off-piste skiing, the session is rescheduled or changed to an on-piste lesson when the official SLF bulletin reaches level 4− or higher. The instructor may also change the route or programme if local conditions are considered unsuitable or dangerous.
8. Liability
Skiing and off-piste skiing involve inherent risks. Luc Guillot undertakes to provide the service with due care and adapt it to the information supplied and observed conditions. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by Swiss law.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain reserved.
